Weekend Chores

Saturday was a great day! Dad came up and helped install some garage shelves so I could get the storage boxes off the floor! Tons of fun!











After organizing the garage and doing some other shopping we had supper out at the fire pit and spent a quiet evening chatting. Good times! Couldn't ask for better weather! Flames did get a bit hot, had to slide everyone back a bit, didn't want anyone to melt!

Coffee & Cash Run

Run out to find an ATM and get a Mocha this morning! Along the way we stopped at the pedestrian bridge at 4th & Spring to take a quick snap shot. Great view!

Passed by the Library on the way back to the office. It opens at 10 am and there always seems to be line of people waiting to get in. Must be pretty special inside. Might have to go check it out one day.


Did some shopping yesterday and at the check out find this little amazement! Can it really be that time already! July isn't even over and they have Halloween in your face! Come on let me enjoy what I have left of the summer! Its bad enough that everytime I go into a store I get blasted with 'Back To School'. It's such a downer!

Whiskey's Hawaiian Adventure

Whiskey had the pleasure of accompanying the lil sis & husband on a vacation to Hawaii! Lucky Bastard! Here we see him enjoying his usual drink and a 'smoke'. Pretty sure its not a cigarette! Doesn't look like he got lei'd though! Ha! Ha!

NEW 3G iPhone!

After 2 weeks of waiting I finally got the new 3G iPhone! Spent most of the evening figuring out how to work it and getting it to sync with my computer! Technology is great! Expensive but great! Its as small is Guntheer!

'The Bus Ride'

This is the Bus Tunnel that runs below the City

So we had a small social after work with some the engineers, project managers, and consultants I used to work with in the old job. That means I have to take the bus from the City back to Kent Station. It was an interesting ride to say the least. At least it was after the evening rush hour. I couldn't imagine being on it for 50 mins and packed with people.

Got an exciting night left! Going to go pick up my new 3G iPhone! I'm sure I'll have another post after I get it. Its so exciting!

'The Project'

Workin on the project schedule today! Expectations of having the pilot in place by fall 2009 is a dream! All the meetings to talk about meetings to schedule before work is even started is killing everything. something they should know since they live in this 'world'.
